strength and defined
the abbs are made up of 4 different muscles so it nis important to work them all with differet exercises. i still like to stick with the old school exercises that i find work the best. exercises like hanging leg raises and sit ups. crunches are great too. i love them. you can really feel the muscle contraction with these exercises. when you are done you will know it the next day when you are soo sore that you can not even get out of bed. you can blast away body fat abd get stronng with these exercises. i know.
