Factors that Causes Bunions

Something that an elderly had is the Bunions. An enlarged big toe joint that is regularly accompanied with a big toe that leans over to the lesser toes is the bunion. There are three factors seem to interact to create bunions. One of these is certainly a hereditary factor involved – we do not inherit them from our mothers, but we do inherit the tendency to get them. Poor foot biomechanics and foot alignment is the second factor. The final factor is ill-fitting footwear. You can have one or two of these factors and not get bunions or get them, so there is still a lot that is not known. If you have all 3 factors, assume you will get a bunion.
