The Right Workout
I start every day by going for a jog around town. My father got me into jogging, and now I just can’t get enough of it. Last month I started going to the gym, to try and get my upper body into better shape. I’ve always wanted big arms, so I started doing a number of bicep workouts. At first I was really sore, but now I’m used to it. Some of my friends have commented that my arms are getting bigger, and it makes me feel great. If I keep eating right and working out, I think I’m going to have the body that I have always dreamed of.
