Which Are the Best Weight Training Programmes?
I know that some weight training programmes are better than others. However, I really don’t know how to tell which ones these are. Can anyone tell me where I can go in order to find out which weight training routine I should be doing? I need to learn more about the various exercises and which ones are the most effective. Maybe I should just get a personal trainer to design a couple different programmes for me to use, but I would rather not spend the money if I can figure this out for myself. There are so many examples on the internet there must be a couple that would be good for me to try.
