Getting Juiced Up
I have lots of kitchen equipment I use regularly, including an electric juicer which I use at least once a day. But when it comes to making orange or lemon juice, I just love to use my old plastic Manual Citrus Juicer. Using it somehow keeps me in touch with the fruit more, and with nature. Using the electric juicer all the time is somehow not quite the same, much as I enjoy the end results. Not only that, I can’t use the manual juicer without thinking about my late Ma, who had me using an identical juicer when I was a child.
