Keeping your House Warm

When I remodeled my downstairs last July I put in new, thicker insulation that helps keep my home warmer during these cold Minnesota winters. I was able to reduce my heat bills by half by using a DIY Home Solar plan. As a single mom I didn’t realize how easy such a big do-it-yourself project could be. With my new energy efficient windows I was able to cut the cold that used to draft in from my old rattling windows. Now my home is cozy and warm and much more solar efficient. I am trying to make my whole house solar powered.
