Using Rainwater
If you want to save on water bills and go a little green, try using rainwater. There are many places to purchase barrels cheaply for the rain water to flow into. Clean them and then locate them under the water spouts on the corners of your house. There are several easy ways to purchase and construct a spout for opening up and pouring out the water. Let nature fill these barrels with each rain. It will provide water to be used to water grass, plants, flowers and the like all summer long, and no longer must you pour from tap water for your outside water needs.
