A Claim was Filed
A girl that I used to have class with was in a small car accident a little over a year ago. Basically, she was driving across campus to one of her classes, and a new professor to the school accidentally backed in to her. She didn’t have any major injuries, but she did file a compensation claim because of the emotional damages, and some minor back pains. The professor ended up never teaching at the school. Since it was his first day there, and he had gotten in an accident, he decided that it was not the place for him to be.
