Teeth Whitening, Is It Safe To Do Yourself?
I have been seeing so many different products for teeth whitening. I am really interested in having my teeth whitened, but I am scared to use the at home products. Are they safe? Do they work? I know that is can be so expensive to go to the dentist, but I want to protect my teeth also! I have heard that if you overuse whitening products that you can actually damage your teeth, I certainly do not want to do that! I guess I should be doing a little research, then I could do this after I have looked into all the options.
