An Opinion On “Paperwork Trail: The Lawyers Who Fight Foreclosures”

Mark, I agree with you completely. To solve the foreclosure crisis so that everyone accepts the outcome, we must let local judges decide this case by case, using standing law and real estate evidence, not phony affidavits and forged signatures.

Real estate law has been settled for 100′s of years, so there’s no reason to come up with some new laws just for this situation.

If someone ends up getting what amounts to a free house with rules we all agree to, then people can gripe, but at least they can say it was decided by the rules that everyone agreed to, and everyone can get on with their lives. Otherwise, we may have a civil war. I’ve been writing about this on my blog at FauxClosure.com for several weeks.
