10k Training
There are fantastic 10k training guidelines online. I was actually surprised to find such great tips that were so easy to apply to my daily runs. I found that listening to upbeat music with faster tempos really helps to keep me going. Also, there are even trainers with recorded encouragements you can download to your ipod. I think it is one of the greatest products available online. I have recently finished my first ten mile marathon and I’m so proud of myself for achieving that goal I had set for myself. I love to run and I never miss a day.
